This notice applies to all worship services, events, programs, and activities where media may be captured or distributed for use by First Lutheran for ministry, communication, or outreach purposes. Cameras will be directed primarily toward the alter area, with minimal focus on the congregation. Live video streaming is disabled during Holy Communion to provide privacy for all coming forward to receive the sacrament. Livestreaming or recording of nurseries, classrooms, or youth areas is strictly prohibited.
Notice: First Lutheran may be recording in this area. By entering this area, you acknowledge that you have been informed that you may be photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded as part of the service, meeting, or event (the “Service”).
Further, by entering this area, you grant your irrevocable consent to First Lutheran, its successors, assigns, and licensees to include your name, image, and likeness as captured by media during the Service, without compensation and/or credit, which may be used in any and all media now or hereafter.
All photographs, film or video footage, or other audio or video recordings of the Service, and any works derived therefrom, shall be the sole property of First Lutheran and you waive any and all rights of publicity, privacy, or other rights therein. You further waive any and all rights to bring an action at law or equity related to recordings of the Service against First Lutheran, its successors, assigns, and licensees, and release them from any and all liability whatsoever related to the Service.
If you do not agree to the above terms, you should remain outside of the view of the camera and not enter this area.
